Came down with my family and loved the condo. It has been recently updated and looks beautiful. The location is excellent and the view is breathtaking.

We really enjoyed our stay on Amelia Island and the Ocean Place condo, in particular. The condo was clean, spacious, with outstanding views! We could see for miles down the beach on the patio! And the view and ocean sounds from the bedroom were wonderful!! We would highly recommend both Amelia Island and the condo and can’t wait to return!!

We stayed at 52 Ocean Place for our honeymoon this past June. It was our first trip to Amelia Island, and we could not have been more enamored with the beauty of the island. From the moment we opened the door at 52 Ocean Place, we felt relaxed and at ease. The view from the condo took our breath away. The owners left us a bottle of wine and a note telling us to enjoy our stay. The bed in the master bedroom was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom made us feel like we were staying in an executive suite at the Ritz—which coincidentally, is located right next-door. Each night, we slept with the balcony door open so that we could fall asleep hearing the ocean, and each morning, we woke up to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic. Absolutely beautiful. Before heading to the beach each morning, we shared breakfast on the high-top table overlooking the ocean. It was just everything you could ask for on a honeymoon. As a gift to us, my maid of honor booked our reservations at restaurants using the guide found on 52 Ocean Place—this was such a fun idea, as it made dinner a surprise every night. Each recommended restaurant was delicious and just a short drive (10 minutes or so) away. Each day of our honeymoon, the weather report said it would rain—and most days, for about 20 minutes, it did—but the locals told us not to let the weather report scare us. The sun always comes out after a very brief period of rain. We found this to be 100% true! 52 Ocean Place was the perfect combination of relaxation, luxury, and fun. We could not have had a more wonderful honeymoon. We highly recommend it!!

I stayed here for a long weekend and couldn’t have had a better experience. The condo is in great shape, with everything you need for a relaxing and fun weekend. And the view is wonderful — you can’t get much closer to the ocean. I will return to this condo the next time I visit Amelia Island.

I have stayed at this particular set of condos for the past 10 years and this was the best experience of them all. The owner was easy to work with and very attentive to insure things went smoothly. I will gladly return as soon as I can.

Wow! We just returned from this beautiful oceanfront condo and it was perfect. We loved watching the sunrise from the bedroom and breakfast on the balcony. The island offered everything too, great weather for golfing and biking and more. The beach is beautiful, quint and quiet but close enough to shopping and restaurants. We will come again! We really enjoyed just lounging in the unit relaxing to the sound of the waves.
